Whining incessantly about the refs and injured players. Anders Lee and Johnny Boychuck 2 of the Islanders best players havent played a minute this series and you dont hear Trotz griping about injuries.....He just gets the players he does have, get ready to play unlike Bruce,

How about that Ritchie elbow to the head of a downed opponent that went uncalled? Bruins are dirty as (frank) that’s why they have to kill penalties.

The first penalty call on Kuraly was awful took all momentum away from the B’s in which was a dominant first period. With that said they still have to man up and keep going. Islander’s played a typical get outplayed but still find a way to win. Win game 6 and bring it back to Boston for a game 7. Go Bruins.

wasnt Trotz the one female doging first? Lets face it, Islanders went 3-3 first there penates. Thats the game right there. I hate saying this, but it looks like the islanders want it more.

I’m not blaming the refs, I’m just reporting what was the biggest comments postgame, and the exact same thing that several others wrote about postgame. I guess that makes us all whiny children for writing about it. Are the Islanders writers who wrote about Trotz’s Bergeron comments whiny children as well?

well, Tavares is golfing, after playing "for a much more talented team" in the eyes of everyone in Toronto, so my guess is if you still had him, Pittsburg would have beat the islanders.

A whole game of penalties were not going to be called so that is the way they played. Enforce the rules or just throw the rule book away. Believe me I have no love for Boston but the Isles are just hack that put on hockey uni's

+25 shot differential for Boston and Isles bury their PP chances. That’s the story. Not the refs. But if Bruce is trying to create a siege mentality, then so be it. It does make for a good, added story line in what has been an excellent series.

The problem is that you guys do this after every loss.. like you winning is a given and losing is becauss of the refs. You got outcoached and out played when it counted. Plua your team is showing its age.
